Shipping and Returns

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 - 5 working days and delivery confirmed by way of email. Vibe CBD Greenfields will courier the item/s to the specified address in South Africa at a cost of R133 excluding products over the value of R700.00 of which delivery will be free of charge. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.

Payments

If paying by credit card, debit card or EFT, or any other agreed upon electronic method, you give us permission to automatically charge your credit card, debit card or EFT, or any other agreed upon electronic method as payment for your Product without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt. Should you be provided with an EFT or other invoice instead, you are required to manually pay it by the due date on the invoice or your Product will be put on hold until payment is made.

Payment disputes will be solved via our office in Pretoria, South Africa.

In the event payment is not received by the due date, your Product order will not continue and we reserve the right to terminate your access immediately and permanently.
 

Return conditions

All items must be returned in their original packaging—sealed, unopened, unused, and undamaged (if applicable).

Returning your item

If you wish to return an item, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team by email via support.cbdgreenfields@gmail.com . Only once arranged with a member of our team may an item be returned. If damaged, we will be happy to send out a replacement once the original item has been received back to us and inspected. You must inform us within 7 days of receiving your item that you wish to return it. Upon agreement, you must then return it to us within another 7 days.

Returning address:

Please note that you need to inform us of your intention to return the product and send us the tracking number for pre-paid postage after support.cbdgreenfields@gmail.com has supplied a return address.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns without a tracking number or if they have been customer worn or damaged.

Colours of the products may vary slightly from the photographic representations on the site.

It is with regret that due to customs restrictions and duties there is not a returns policy on international orders.

The customer is responsible for the cost of freight and any customs duties that their country of destination might enforce upon them.
 

Shelf life

The shelf life of your product can be found on the bottle. Each individual bottle of CBD oil has an individual shelf life, so you must refer to yours to see it

Replacements

If your item was damaged upon delivery, you must inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt at your address. You can use the above email address to let us know of any damages (with photos). Once sent back to us, we will inspect the item and send out a replacement if applicable.

What to do with faulty goods

If you receive a damaged item, please take photos right away. Ensure that the goods are packaged safely and securely for their journey back to us, and once agreed with our customer services, send the goods back to us for inspection.

Refunds

If a refund has been requested, upon the agreed return of an item to our warehouse, a member of our staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the above conditions. If approved during the inspection, a refund will be issued back to you via store credit or your initial payment method if possible

Please note:

  • Return costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.
